Alhamdulillah, on Saturday, February 24, 2024 Al Azhar International Islamic Boarding School Karanganyar received an academic visit from lecturers and postgraduate students of the International Islamic University of Darullughah Wadda’wah (UII DALWA). During this visit, there were 50 students and 10 lecturers from UII DALWA Postgraduate Program.Alhamdulillah, on Saturday, February 24, 2024 Al Azhar International Islamic Boarding School Karanganyar received an academic visit from lecturers and postgraduate students of the International Islamic University of Darullughah Wadda’wah (UII DALWA). During this visit, there were 50 students and 10 lecturers from UII DALWA Postgraduate Program.
The visit began with a campus tour to several facilities on the AAIIBS campus which included dormitory buildings, student rooms, school buildings, and mosques. After the campus tour, the event continued in the communal area and was opened by Al Ustadz Ahmad Zulfiqar A.A.A., S.Fil.I., MIRKH as Director of International Affairs & Public Relations. On the same occasion also attended Al Ustadz Syihabbudin AM, Al Hafizh; Al Ustadz Abu Hasanudin, S.Pd., Al Hafizh; and Al Ustadz Khilmi Dzulqornain, Lc., M.Pd.
After the event was opened, Al Ustadz Syihabbudin AM, Al Hafizh explained the history and overview of Al Azhar IIBS and the programs on the Al Azhar IIBS campus. Dr. Imaduddin, M.Pd. as Deputy Director I of UII DALWA asked several questions that sparked interesting discussions between the two institutions. Likewise, students who enthusiastically asked questions related to the establishment of the Al Azhar IIBS campus to Al Ustadz Syihabbudin AM, Al Hafizh as the Board of Development of Al Azhar IIBS and Al Ustadz Abu Hasanudin, S.Pd., Al Hafizh as the Board of Steering Committee of Al Azhar IIBS.
Hopefully Al Azhar IIBS and UII DALWA in the future can strengthen the synergy of Islamic education and the role of pesantren in Indonesia, so that it can produce a generation of khairu ummah in collaboration and other collaborative events in the future, inshaa Allah.
